does using P90X program really work like all the videos say it does?

Okay, so lately ive been trying to decide what im going to do because im tired of being out of shape. Im 18 185-/+ pounds at about 5'10, and want to get in real good shape and build some muscle/lose weight to look good. I haven't been active in years, since high school i havent done anything, so im really out of shape. But honestly i think all the videos i see on youtube about the 90 day transformations using P90X are complete BS with packs, really broad shoulders, and look basically built just in 90 days. If anyone has really used it legitimately, just 90 days and has gotten really good results i would like to know or if u have a close friend who has done it, please post here, really want to know whether to buy it and not waste the money.

I can't speak for the videos but I can say that P90X does work as long as you stick with the program and follow it the way it supposed to be followed. You will achieve results after going through the 90 day program.

Now for beginners or those that haven't worked out much, it may be tough but if you can stick it out to the end, you can see results. So it is not necessarily for only those that are fit.
