Questions about a certain workout program?
So i really want to get the P90X program, im 16 and i really want it because i know when i go to college i will have to change my lifestyle and P90X has that complete package im looking for. I was wondering would you recommend it, or if you have heard anything good about it. I mean i have heard only good things about, the thing is im 16 so i wonder if its still ok to get, please help i really am curious about this product.
its a good program many had good results
its just that you need equipments to work with
its not a must have its no different than working out at a gym or at home
its just more helpful cause it pushes you and put stress in your muscles,
